Hai kim ch\u1ecdc kim (A , B) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn v\u1ecb tr\u00ed r\u00e1ch g\u00e2n c\u01a1 tr\u00ean gai b\u1eb1ng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p kim \u0111\u00f4i (C) d\u01b0\u1edbi h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn si\u00eau \u00e2m (D).<\/em> Ngu\u1ed3n: b\u00e0i nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quy tr\u00ecnh chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb gel PRP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e1u to\u00e0n ph\u1ea7n (18 ml) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tr\u1ed9n v\u1edbi natri citrat  theo t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 9:1 v\u00e0 ly t\u00e2m hai b\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sau khi lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf huy\u1ebft t\u01b0\u01a1ng ngh\u00e8o ti\u1ec3u c\u1ea7u, 4 ml PRP \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c thu l\u1ea5y (n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 ti\u1ec3u c\u1ea7u ~900 \u00d7 10\u2079\/L, cao g\u1ea5p ~4,2 l\u1ea7n m\u00e1u g\u1ed1c).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gel PRP \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ea1o ra ngay t\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7 ti\u00eam b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch tr\u1ed9n PRP v\u1edbi thrombin \u0111\u00f4ng kh\u00f4 300U, h\u00f2a tan trong 0,6 ml NaCl, th\u00f4ng qua k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt kim \u0111\u00f4i d\u01b0\u1edbi h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn si\u00eau \u00e2m \u2013 gi\u00fap \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ecb ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c v\u1ecb tr\u00ed r\u00e1ch g\u00e2n c\u01a1 tr\u00ean gai.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gel PRP gi\u00fap ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t vi\u00eam, gi\u1ea3m x\u00e2m nh\u1eadp m\u1ee1 v\u00e0o c\u01a1 g\u00e2n v\u00e0 ph\u1ee5c h\u1ed3i s\u1ee9c c\u0103ng g\u00e2n t\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7, t\u1eeb \u0111\u00f3 n\u00e2ng cao hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 ph\u1ee5c h\u1ed3i l\u00e2u d\u00e0i. C\u1ee5 th\u1ec3: Sau ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt r\u00e1ch g\u00e2n c\u01a1 tr\u00ean gai, \u0111i\u1ec3m VAS (\u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111au) \u1edf nh\u00f3m gel PRP v\u00e0 PRP l\u1ecfng \u0111\u1ec1u th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n nh\u00f3m natri hyaluronate sau 3 v\u00e0 6 th\u00e1ng.
