PRP ch\u1ee9a n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 ti\u1ec3u c\u1ea7u cao g\u1ea5p <strong>nhi\u1ec1u l\u1ea7n so v\u1edbi<\/strong> ng\u01b0\u1ee1ng sinh l\u00fd b\u00ecnh th\u01b0\u1eddng, gi\u00e0u c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng v\u00e0 cytokine. Ch\u00fang c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng k\u00edch th\u00edch t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o m\u00f4 v\u00e0 t\u0103ng sinh m\u1ea1ch m\u00e1u. Gi\u1ea3 thuy\u1ebft \u0111\u1eb7t ra l\u00e0 PRP c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u1ed1i \u01b0u h\u00f3a vi m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng bu\u1ed3ng tr\u1ee9ng, t\u1eeb \u0111\u00f3 n\u00e2ng cao ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng tr\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 ph\u00f4i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh tr\u00ean 74 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n IVF g\u1eb7p kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n trong vi\u1ec7c t\u1ea1o ph\u00f4i ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng. C\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chia th\u00e0nh hai nh\u00f3m: 44 ng\u01b0\u1eddi ti\u00eam PRP v\u00e0 30 ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng. T\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 tr\u1ea3i qua hai chu k\u1ef3 k\u00edch th\u00edch bu\u1ed3ng tr\u1ee9ng c\u00f3 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t (COH) li\u00ean ti\u1ebfp, nh\u00f3m PRP tr\u1ea3i qua c\u00e1c chu k\u1ef3 COH tr\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 sau khi ti\u00eam PRP. C\u00e1c ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 ch\u00ednh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e2n t\u00edch bao g\u1ed3m s\u1ed1 tr\u1ee9ng th\u1ee5 tinh, s\u1ed1 v\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng blastocyst, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 blastocyst, c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m di truy\u1ec1n ph\u00f4i (PGT-A) v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 c\u00f3 thai l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u1ede chu k\u1ef3 \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean, s\u1ef1 kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t gi\u1eefa hai nh\u00f3m kh\u00f4ng r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t. Tuy nhi\u00ean, \u1edf chu k\u1ef3 th\u1ee9 hai, nh\u00f3m PRP cho th\u1ea5y k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 v\u01b0\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>S\u1ed1 tr\u1ee9ng th\u1ee5 tinh trung b\u00ecnh:<\/strong> 5,2 \u00b1 3,6 (PRP) so v\u1edbi 3,3 \u00b1 3,5 (\u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng), <em>p<\/em> = 0,011.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u1ed1 blastocyst trung b\u00ecnh:<\/strong> 1,7 \u00b1 1,5 so v\u1edbi 0,5 \u00b1 0,7, <em>p<\/em> &lt; 0,0001.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u1ed1 blastocyst ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao:<\/strong> 0,6 \u00b1 0,8 so v\u1edbi 0,0 \u00b1 0,2, <em>p<\/em> &lt; 0,0001.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 blastocyst:<\/strong> 35 \u00b1 31% so v\u1edbi 13 \u00b1 24%, <em>p<\/em> = 0,001.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 blastocyst ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao:<\/strong> 14 \u00b1 22% so v\u1edbi 1 \u00b1 3%, <em>p<\/em> &lt; 0,0001.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ngo\u00e0i ra, trong nh\u00f3m PRP c\u00f3 <strong>22 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n<\/strong> v\u1edbi <strong>34 blastocyst<\/strong> \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m PGT-A. K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 cho th\u1ea5y <strong>17,6% ph\u00f4i euploid<\/strong> v\u00e0 <strong>20,6% ph\u00f4i mosaic<\/strong>. Sau chuy\u1ec3n ph\u00f4i, <strong>t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 c\u00f3 thai \u0111\u1ea1t 29%<\/strong>. Trong khi \u0111\u00f3, nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 2 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 ph\u00f4i \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n t\u00edch, v\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ca c\u00f3 thai nh\u01b0ng s\u1ea3y s\u1edbm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 ch\u1ec9 ra r\u1eb1ng ti\u00eam PRP c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t c\u1ea3 s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng blastocyst \u1edf nh\u1eefng b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3 g\u1eb7p kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n trong IVF. Hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 cao nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ghi nh\u1eadn khi chu k\u1ef3 IVF di\u1ec5n ra <strong>1\u20132 th\u00e1ng sau ti\u00eam PRP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuy nhi\u00ean, nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u v\u1eabn t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i nh\u1eefng h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf: ch\u01b0a ph\u1ea3i th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m ng\u1eabu nhi\u00ean c\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng (RCT), nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ed1i ch\u1ee9ng kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 th\u1ee7 thu\u1eadt gi\u1ea3, v\u00e0 s\u1ed1 ca chuy\u1ec3n ph\u00f4i c\u00f2n h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf.
