Purpose of use
MSCCult I is a culture medium specifically designed for the expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue, periodontal tissue, and other human tissues.
Description
This is a high-efficiency cell expansion culture medium with an endotoxin level of ≤ 1 EU/mL, is Mycoplasma-free, meets sterility requirements (0 CFU), has a pH range of 7.2–8.2, and an osmolality of 286–356 mOsm/kg.
The medium does not contain and does not require supplementation with bovine serum. The supplied medium is a complete culture medium and does not require protein coating of culture vessels to support cell adhesion when used as directed.
The medium contains phenol red and does not contain antibiotics or antifungal agents.
