MSCCult I Primary is a culture medium specifically designed for the primary culture of human mesenchymal stem cells derived from umbilical cord tissue, adipose tissue, periodontal tissue, and other human tissues.

This is a high-performance cell expansion culture medium with a low endotoxin level (≤ 1 EU/mL), is Mycoplasma-free, and meets sterility requirements (0 CFU). The medium has a pH range of 7.2–8.2 and an osmolality of 286–356 mOsm/kg. Testing demonstrates that cells are able to adhere and proliferate under the recommended conditions.

The product does not contain and does not require supplementation with bovine serum. It contains phenol red and is pre-supplemented with the antibiotics penicillin and streptomycin, as well as the antifungal agent amphotericin B. The medium is ready for use and does not require the addition of other supplements.
