Purpose of use
MSCCryosave OTSᵀᴴ is a cell preservation solution intended for use in the manufacturing process of cell- and gene-based therapeutic products. The product enables the cryopreservation of various cell types at −86 °C or −196 °C and is suitable for cells derived from multiple tissue sources.
Description
MSCCryosave OTSᵀᴴ is a complete, ready-to-use preservation solution with a clear yellow appearance, requiring no additional components prior to use. MSCCryosave OTSᵀᴴ does not contain DMSO or glycerol and does not contain animal-derived protein components.
The product is capable of maintaining post-thaw viability of mesenchymal stem cells at ≥ 90%.
