Purpose of use
ADSCCult I is a culture medium specifically designed for the expansion of human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells.
Description
This is a high-efficiency cell expansion culture medium with an endotoxin level of ≤ 1 EU/mL, is Mycoplasma-free, meets sterility requirements (0 CFU), has a pH range of 7.2–8.2, and an osmolality of 286–356 mOsm/kg.
The medium does not contain and does not require supplementation with bovine serum. The supplied medium is a complete culture medium. Protein coating of culture vessels to support cell adhesion is not required when using this medium.
The medium contains phenol red and does not contain antibiotics or antifungal agents.
