ADSCCult I Primary is a specialized medium intended for the primary culture of human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells.

The product is for research use or manufacturing purposes only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans.

ADSCCult I Primary is a culture medium for mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue, manufactured as a pink-red solution and supplied in plastic bottles with fill volumes of 100 mL and 500 mL. The medium is ready to use and does not require supplementation with serum or other growth factors.

The medium contains the antibiotics penicillin and streptomycin, the antifungal agent amphotericin B, and the pH indicator phenol red. No surface treatment of culture vessels with adhesion proteins such as gelatin or fibronectin is required prior to use.
