Description
Using PBS buffer solution to thaw cryopreserved cells reduces cell viability. On the other hand, Thawbest is recommended for thawing cryopreserved cells while preserving high cell viability, thus, it will yield higher profit in cellular manufacturing.
Ready-to-use Thawbest solution does not require any additional chemicals. Thawbest does not contain any animal-derived products. The solution is tested for its sterility. It has no Mycoplasma contamination and has low endoxin level (≤ 1.0 EU/ml). Its pH range is from 6.5 to 7.5.
