Purpose of use

Washing Buffer is intended for use in washing cells or tissues to remove residual culture media, serum, blood, and other soluble impurities prior to subsequent procedures (e.g., cell dissociation, dilution for cell counting, or sample preparation before culture). The product is suitable for cell culture and cell processing workflows in research and manufacturing applications.

Description

Washing Buffer is a cell washing solution that is clear and colorless, supplied in plastic bottles with fill volumes of 50 mL, 100 mL, or 500 mL. The formulation is supplemented with glucose to enhance cell viability and incorporates two pH buffering systems (phosphate and HEPES) to maintain a stable environment.

The product does not contain phenol red, serum, or animal-derived proteins, ensuring safety and suitability for a wide range of cell-based applications. The solution is provided as a ready-to-use formulation and is stable when stored under refrigerated conditions.
