Deep-Wash Buffer is a specialized solution intended for deep washing of cells or tissues for use in the manufacturing of cell-based products.
Deep-Wash Buffer is a specialized buffering solution intended for deep washing of cells or tissues during cell manufacturing processes. Unlike conventional wash solutions such as PBS, Deep-Wash Buffer is supplemented with protease enzymes and DNase to facilitate the removal of residual proteins and debris adhered to the cell surface without adversely affecting cell quality. Use of this solution supports cell expansion by reducing contact-inhibition signals in monolayer cultures. In particular, washing cells with Deep-Wash Buffer prior to the addition of fresh culture medium has been shown to reduce cellular senescence compared with conventional washing methods.
The product meets low endotoxin requirements (≤ 1 EU/mL), is sterile (0 CFU), Mycoplasma-free, has a pH range of 7.6–8.2, and a stable osmolality.
