Deep-Wash Buffer

Deep-Wash Buffer solution is used for cell washing for various cell culture applications.

Compared to PBS or Washing Buffer, Deep-Wash Buffer is enhanced due to containing some enzymes, including protease and DNase. The enhancement can help washing-off proteins as well as other debris attached on the cell surfaces.

Deep-Wash Buffer shows efficaciuos ability to enhance cell proliferation due to the removal of contact inhibition cell-to-cell signals in monolayer culture.

Deep-Wash Buffer also shows significant reduction of cell senescence after washing and before adding culture medium compared to using PBS or without washing.
