Purpose of use
MSCCryosave OTS is a cryopreservation medium intended for the storage of mesenchymal stem cells at −86 °C or −196 °C.
Description
The medium is manufactured in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 guidelines using a proprietary formulation composed entirely of defined components that meet USP standards. It does not contain animal-derived protein components and does not contain DMSO or any similar cryoprotective agents. The only protein component in the product is Human Serum Albumin (USP grade).
The solution has a low endotoxin level (≤ 0.5 EU/mL), is Mycoplasma-free, meets sterility requirements (0 CFU), and has a pH range of 6.5–7.4.
