Purpose of use

MSCCult OTS Zero is an ancillary material used in the research, development, and manufacturing of cell-free therapeutic products.

The product is intended to induce mesenchymal stem cells (derived from adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue, bone marrow, umbilical cord blood, dental pulp, etc.) to release conditioned medium (CM) or exosomes.

Intended applications: The harvested secretome and exosomes are used for the production of clinical therapeutic products, regenerative medicine applications, or biocosmeceutical products.

Description

MSCCult OTS Zero is a next-generation culture system designed for the clinical-grade production of conditioned medium (CM) and exosomes, incorporating the Bio-Overclocking System.

Key Features and Performance Characteristics

Enhanced Performance:
MSCCult OTS Zero actively provides energy and essential substrates to support mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), enabling significantly increased exosome production (approximately 3–5-fold higher yield) while maintaining high cell viability (> 95%) throughout the secretion cycle.

Purity and Quality Standards: The product ensures high optical clarity and is free of antibiotics and antifungal agents. It meets stringent quality attributes, including: Serum-free, xeno-free (free of animal-derived components), chemically defined.

Distinct Feature (Albumin-Free): MSCCult OTS Zero is formulated without albumin.

Application suitability: Due to its albumin-free formulation, the product is optimized for GMP-compliant large-scale manufacturing and 3D bioreactor systems. It is particularly suitable for tangential flow filtration (TFF), minimizing membrane fouling and avoiding interference with protein quantification assays (e.g., BCA assay).
