MSCCult OTS is a complete, ready-to-use, advance and uniquely formulated antibiotic-free, antimycotic-free, animal component-free, phenol red-free, and defined culture medium containing low endotoxin. MSCCult OTS promotes cell growth in mesenchymal stem cell derived from various tissue types.

MSCCult OTS is a specialized medium designed for the culture and proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells derived from various sources such as adipose tissue, umbilical cord tissue, bone marrow, and dental pulp.

MSCCult OTS is a new generation cell proliferation culture medium. This high-efficiency cell proliferation culture medium is low-endotoxin (≤ 0.1 EU/mL), mycoplasma-free. It is sterilized (0 CFU) and has a pH range of 7.8 – 9.0 and osmotic pressure of 286 – 356 (mOsm/kg).

The medium is free from animal-derived proteins, free phenol red, and antibiotic-antimycotic. It does not require pre-coating of the culture vessels before use.
