Purpose of use
ADSCCult II is a culture medium specifically designed for the expansion of human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells.
Description
ADSCCult II medium has a low endotoxin level (≤ 1 EU/mL), is Mycoplasma-free, meets sterility requirements (0 CFU), has a pH of 7.2-8.2, and an osmolality of 286–356 mOsm/kg.

The medium is animal serum-free, antibiotic-free, and antifungal-free; it contains phenol red and platelet-rich plasma.
