Description
MSCCult II Primary is a culture medium for mesenchymal stem cells derived from umbilical cord tissue, adipose tissue, periodontal tissue, and other sources, manufactured as a pink-red solution and supplied in plastic bottles with a fill volume of 100 mL. The medium is ready to use and does not require supplementation with serum or other growth factors.
The medium contains penicillin and streptomycin antibiotics, the antifungal agent amphotericin B, and the pH indicator phenol red. No surface treatment of culture vessels with adhesion proteins, such as gelatin or fibronectin, is required prior to use.
