Purpose of use

5PRP Kit V1 is a kit intended for the preparation and activation of platelet-rich plasma from 12 mL of peripheral blood or umbilical cord blood.

Description

5PRP Kit V1 is a kit comprising devices and reagents intended for blood collection and the preparation of activated platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

5PRP Kit V1 utilizes a vacuum blood collection method and isopycnic centrifugation. PRP is activated via a filtration membrane; therefore, the final activated PRP product contains no blood cells and demonstrates high purity. The preparation process is rapid and requires only a single centrifugation step.

The product is intended for use in accordance with the technological process researched and developed by the VNUHCM-US Stem Cell Institute.

The kit meets sterility requirements (0 CFU) and has an endotoxin level of ≤ 1 EU/mL.
