TissueCryosave is a preservation medium for tissues at -86 °C (for 12 months) or -196 °C (long-term).

TissueCryosave is a complete cryopreservation medium for tissues, requiring no additional components to be added before use.

The formula has been improved by reducing DMSO (10%) and eliminating animal-derived components (xeno-free). In TissueCryosave, bovine serum is replaced with human serum albumin, minimizing the risk of immune responses from cross-contamination of animal-derived components to humans.

TissueCryosave has a low endotoxin level (≤ 0.5 EU/mL), is free from Mycoplasma contamination, meets the sterility requirements (0 CFU), and has a pH range of 6.5-7.4.
