Purpose of use

BIC-PRP Kit is a kit intended for the preparation and activation of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from 11–12 mL of human blood, including peripheral blood or umbilical cord blood.

Description

BIC-PRP Kit is a kit comprising devices and reagents intended for blood collection and preparation of activated platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

BIC-PRP Kit utilizes vacuum blood collection and isopycnic centrifugation.

PRP is activated by a filtration membrane; therefore, the final activated PRP product contains no blood cells and achieves a high level of purity.

The product is used in accordance with the technological process developed by the VNUHCM-US Stem Cell Institute.

The kit meets sterility requirements (0 CFU) and has an endotoxin level of ≤ 1 EU/mL.
