MSC Coating Reagent B

MSC Coating Reagent B is intended for coating the surfaces of cell culture vessels (e.g., dishes and flasks) during the expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells derived from umbilical cord blood or bone marrow.

MSC Coating Reagent B is an ancillary material for use in the research, development, and manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products.

During the culture of human mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow or umbilical cord blood under fetal bovine serum (FBS)-free conditions, cells exhibit weak adherence to culture vessel surfaces. Therefore, coating the culture surface with adhesion-promoting factors to enhance mesenchymal stem cell attachment is a critical step for cell expansion.

MSC Coating Reagent B is formulated with appropriate components and concentrations to coat culture surfaces and support the cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells derived from both bone marrow and umbilical cord blood, particularly when used with culture systems developed by Regenmedlab, including BMMSCCult Primary, BMMSCCult, BMMSCCult OTS Primary, BMMSCCult OTS, UCBMSCCult Primary, UCBMSCCult, UCBMSCCult OTS Primary, and UCBMSCCult OTS.
