Biothérapie LP-PRP is a single-use medical device kit specifically designed for the collection and separation of leukocyte-poor platelet-rich plasma (LP-PRP) from human blood, including peripheral blood or umbilical cord blood, using a single-step centrifugation process without the need for additional filtration devices or layered separation systems.

The product is intended to be used for:

• Collection of whole blood using a closed, sterile system, ensuring biological safety.

• Separation of LP-PRP with low leukocyte content, enriched in growth factors and anti-inflammatory factors.

• Common clinical applications, including dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and the treatment of inflammatory joint disorders.

Biothérapie LP-PRP has the following key features:

Separation performance after centrifugation:

• Platelet recovery rate ≥ 80% relative to the source blood, with a total platelet yield of approximately 1–2 × 10⁹ platelets per tube (based on healthy donor blood).

• Total leukocyte content significantly lower than that of leukocyte-rich PRP (LR-PRP), meeting LP-PRP criteria.

• Removal of ≥ 95% of red blood cells, ensuring high purity.

Integrated design – simplified workflow:

• “One tube – one step – single use”, enabling standardized operation and reducing the risk of technical errors.

• No PRP transfer to secondary tubes after centrifugation, minimizing cross-contamination and maintaining sterility.

• Broad compatibility with commonly used clinical centrifuge models (recommended settings: 3000–3500 rpm for 15 minutes).
