Purpose of use
The Biothérapie LR-PRP is a single-use medical device intended for blood collection (peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood, etc.) and the preparation of leukocyte-rich platelet-rich plasma containing mononuclear cells.
Description
The Biothérapie LR-PRP utilizes a vacuum blood collection method and isopycnic centrifugation. The preparation process is designed to be rapid and consists of a single centrifugation step. The product is used in accordance with a defined processing protocol developed by the VNUHCM-US Stem Cell Institute.
The PRP prepared using this device demonstrates a platelet recovery rate of greater than 90% per tube under validated processing conditions.
