Vet-MSCCult is a culture medium for the expansion of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from various tissue sources, including adipose tissue and umbilical cord tissue. The product is supplied as a pinkish-red solution in a 500 mL plastic bottle and is ready for use without the addition of serum or other growth factors.

The medium does not contain antibiotics or antimycotics and includes phenol red as a pH indicator. No surface coating of culture vessels with adhesion proteins, such as gelatin or fibronectin, is required prior to use.

Vet-MSCCult is a cell expansion medium that meets the following specifications:

• Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mL.
• Mycoplasma: Not detected.
• Sterility: Passes the sterility test.
• pH: 7.2–7.8.
• Osmolality: 280–330 mOsm/kg.
